Be it a simple change of process that takes minutes, or a multi-year commitment to changing our entire business operations, we are at the forefront of environmental change within the waste industry.
We are committed to lead innovation through our environmental commitment to creating a clear pathway to reduce our environmental impact as a group.
CARBON OFFSETTING & TREE PROGRAMME
We don’t only look to become a carbon-neutral business for ourselves, but also for our customers. As part of all our waste contracts, we will now look to offer carbon offsetting programmes, which allow for our customers to offset on the waste that they produce, efficiently calculated through their waste collections and distribution. The plant a tree programme is a vital way to achieve this, through supporting initiatives that also reduce deforestation and partnering with leading environmental bodies to enable our business to keep up to date with any future environmental strategies.
RENEW DON’T REPLACE
With ASH Energy, we work with the UK’s leading providers of renewable energy options, who specialise in wind, solar and battery storage technology, who develop, build, and maintain renewable resources throughout their lifetime. Our partners either generate this power themselves, or they partner closely with renewable power generators, supplying clean energy, which can be offered at low or no extra cost to your business.
INNOVATION & CERTIFICATION
ASH has identified that a key way to make a positive change, is through operational and technological innovation whilst meeting sustainability standards to achieve carbon-efficient credentials.
